Laura Mercier makes a cake liner that is so simple to use especially with the flat liner brush. If we can do it, anyone can!  Just add water or activator to the brush then make the cake liner into a paste. See- we told you guys. As simple as making instant oatmeal! Wiggle the brush (just like learning how to Dougie) between the lashes coming from the inside. Then do just the same on the upper lash line to complete the perfect cat eye!
